K&M Gutter Supply offers standard k-style gutter end caps, box gutter end caps, as well as half round gutter end caps. We can also manufacture end caps for custom profiles.
Most standard sizes are offered as stamped parts while others are laser cut and tabbed.
At K&M Sheet Metal and Gutter Supply, we end caps in 24 gauge colored galvanized steel, 24 gauge Galvalume plus, 0.032″ Kynar aluminum colors, 0.027″ regular standard aluminum colors, copper, lead coated copper, zinc, freedom gray and other materials.

What size end caps are available?
Normally, 5", 6" 7", 7.6", 8" and 10", but others are available upon request.
What is the standard thickness for gutter end caps?
0.027" for aluminum, 0.032" for Kynar aluminum, 24 ga for Kynar Galvalume and Galvalume plus, and 16 oz for copper.
Why are some end caps notched?
Because those parts are hand made and not stamped.
How should end caps be installed?
With zip screws, rivets or crimped on aluminum and steel and soldered on copper.
What type of solder should I use for copper, lead coated copper, freedom gray ans stainless steel?
50/50 tin / lead is recommended.
Can copper end caps be riveted and sealed / caulked
Yes, but that is not our recommendation.
Are box gutter end caps available?
Yes, our box gutter end caps are available as well as and custom profile gutter end caps as an special order item.
